What’s a one-time payment, and how does it work?
A one-time payment lets you collect money for a single payment (e.g a client invoice).
In order to create a one-time payment, you need to set-up a price, a payment description and a few information about the payer.
For every new payment, Wirize automatically sends a payment request if the payer email has been provided, and it also generates a link, in case you would like to send it directly.
-
How can I get paid on Wirize?
You can collect payments via debit and credit card. Furthermore, Wirize doesn’t require a payer registration like other common payment tools.
-
Can I refund a payment?
Wirize isn't directly in charge of refunds, but you have the ability to refund payments either in whole or in part through your Stripe dashboard. Specifically, you can submit a refund request to your customer’s card issuer, and once issued your customer sees the refund as a credit in approximately 5-10 business days!
-
How can I withdraw my payments?
Stripe automatically transfers the funds you’ve collected through Wirize to your bank account on a 7-day rolling basis.
You can manage your own payout schedule, and view a list of all of your payouts via the Stripe dashboard.
